Our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Keighley, is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly and supportive warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who holds a valid Bendi or Flexi Forklift Truck licence. This qualification is essential for the role.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
  • 37 hours per week
  • Immediate start available

The Role

You'll play an important part in ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas. Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock control and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing components and finished goods accurately.
  • Operating a Bendi or Flexi FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.
  • Supporting manufacturing by ensuring materials are available when required.
  • Using warehouse computer systems for stock control, scanning and documentation.
  • Receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and quality.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A valid Bendi or Flexi FLT licence (essential).
  • Previous warehouse experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • A flexible, reliable approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience of SAP would be beneficial but is not essential.
