Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and delivering fundraising initiatives that increase income and support the long-term sustainability of the charity. You will also oversee marketing, communications, media relations and social media activity, ensuring our message reaches and inspires supporters, donors and the wider community.
- Develop and deliver fundraising plans to meet income targets.
- Identify and secure grants, trusts, corporate sponsorships and community fundraising opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with donors, local businesses, schools, community groups and supporters.
- Organise and deliver fundraising events and campaigns.
- Lead and oversee the charity's communications, social media, publicity and marketing activities.
- Produce engaging content for newsletters, websites, promotional materials and media.
- Recruit, support and supervise fundraising volunteers.
