Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy and growing Worcester office.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing all aspects of cost planning and cost management.
- Preparing tender and contract documentation.
- Procurement and contract administration.
- Valuations, cost reporting and final accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
About You
We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Is commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Is confident working across multiple projects and sectors.
- Holds a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
- MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership) would be advantageous but is not essential.
