We’re working with a well-established professional services firm who are growing their payroll function and are looking for a Payroll Associate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working with clients, solving problems and being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
THE ROLE
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Preparing RTI, EPS and pension submissions
- Managing starters, leavers, amendments and corrections
- Handling statutory payments including SSP, SMP and SPP
- Responding to client queries professionally and promptly
- Supporting new client onboarding
- Ensuring payroll compliance and accurate record keeping
- Working closely with the wider team during busy periods
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
- Previous payroll experience, either within a bureau or internal payroll environment
- Familiarity with software such as BrightPay, Xero Payroll or Sage
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
