Headturner Search is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an exciting opportunity within a growing and ambitious business. We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Digital Marketing & Events Executive to help raise the profile of the business through engaging digital campaigns, impactful content and professionally delivered events. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on side of marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
You will support digital marketing and events activity across the business, helping to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement and generate commercial opportunities. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and scheduling content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Creating engaging marketing materials including blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media content
- Updating website content and supporting online campaigns
- Assisting with paid advertising activity and monitoring campaign performance
- Tracking analytics and reporting on digital performance and engagement
- Supporting lead generation and marketing automation activity
- Planning and co-ordinating exhibitions, webinars, networking events and business events
- Liaising with external suppliers, venues and creative partners
- Preparing marketing collateral and promotional materials
- Supporting awards submissions, PR opportunities and wider profile-raising activities
About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing and/or events role
- A marketing qualification or relevant professional certification
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing and website management
- Experience supporting campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Experience using tools such as CRM systems, Canva, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics or similar
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, creative and detail-focused approach
- Professional communication skills and confidence working with both internal and external stakeholders
