As they launch Phase 2 of their flagship Worcester development, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best and build a rewarding career in the luxury property sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Welcome and support prospective buyers and tenants, guiding them through their journey from first enquiry to final purchase.
- Host professional viewings of beautifully designed show apartments and communal spaces.
- Learn how to manage enquiries using a CRM system, building relationships and following up with interested parties.
- Support the team with the sales process, from taking reservations to assisting with legal and financial steps.
- Help maintain the high presentation standards across the development.
- Get involved in marketing initiatives, resident events, social media, and local PR activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and gain insight into the local luxury property market.
- Uphold Health & Safety protocols, especially during visits to construction areas.
- Take ownership of small projects and contribute to the wider success of the sales team.
- A strong interest in property and a desire to develop a long-term career in the luxury market.
- Previous experience in sales, admin, customer service, hospitality or property is beneficial but not essential. This is an entry level role.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
- A proactive, organised, and goal-driven attitude.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the business.
- Ability to work alternate Saturdays.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
