Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy and growing Worcester office.

The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include: * Managing all aspects of cost planning and cost management. * Preparing tender and contract documentation. * Procurement and contract administration. * Valuations, cost reporting and final accounts. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
