Headturner Search are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their established team based in Meriden. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or someone with strong financial services administration experience who is looking for a long-term role within a professional and supportive environment.

The Role

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence
  • Managing new business and ongoing client administration
  • Liaising with providers, clients and other relevant third parties
  • Processing applications and maintaining accurate client records
  • Assisting with reviews and ensuring all required documentation is in place
  • Supporting the team with general financial planning administration
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements

About You

  • Experienced within financial services administration, ideally within a financial planning or IFA environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with clients and professional third parties
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
  • A strong team player with a professional and personable approach
  • Keen to develop a long-term career within financial services
