Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, bookings, and report queries.
  • Address client concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach to ensure outstanding client experiences.
  • Support Account Managers by updating client details, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and continuously improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Share insights from client interactions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
