Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process claims efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate handling in line with company policies.

* Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve claims-related queries.

* Review and assess claim details, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of claims.

* Maintain accurate records of claims progress and outcomes.

* Support the accounting team by assisting with claims-related financial tasks where necessary.

* Provide general administrative support within the claims department.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Previous experience in claims handling or claims administration is highly advantageous.

* Accounting qualifications or a background in finance would be a useful asset.

* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

* Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* A good understanding of the insurance industry is beneficial but not essential.
