An established creative and experiential agency is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to deliver high-impact exhibition and event projects across the UK and internationally. This is a true end-to-end PM role — owning projects from contract handover through build, live delivery, and final debrief. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing multiple exhibition and experiential projects of varying sizes and budgets
  • Acting as the day-to-day client lead, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Coordinating designers, suppliers, contractors and event organisers
  • Owning project budgets, costs, margins and supplier contracts
  • Overseeing on-site delivery, including travel during build and live phases
  • Supporting the sales team with costings and supplier input during tenders
  • Leading project close-out and post-event reviews

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Project Management experience within exhibitions, events, or live environments
  • Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator, able to manage clients and negotiate with suppliers
  • Commercially aware, with experience controlling costs and protecting margin
  • Comfortable working at pace and under pressure during peak seasons
  • Flexible, proactive and willing to travel (UK & overseas)

Essentials:

  • Full driving licence
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Willingness to work flexibly during busy exhibition periods

Why apply? You’ll join a fast-paced, quality-driven team that prides itself on flawless delivery, strong client relationships and a culture where “good enough” simply isn’t good enough. This role offers real ownership, variety, and the chance to work on exciting projects for well-known brands.
