Working alongside an accomplished senior kitchen team with Michelin-standard experience , you will play a key role in delivering outstanding food using the finest seasonal ingredients, modern techniques, and meticulous attention to detail. . .

  • Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years' professional kitchen experience.
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef.
  • Background in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private members' clubs, or other quality-led establishments.
  • Experience managing sections and supporting junior chefs during service.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding food and developing within a professional brigade.
