Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef – £48,500–£55,000
Location: Central London. Salary: £48,500–£55,000 per annum, depending on experience and seniority. Restaurant: Michelin-Starred Restaurant. No visa sponsorship available. Headstart Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef with a high-quality restaurant or fine-dining background who is looking to take the next step in their career within a Michelin-starred kitchen.
The Role
- Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and menu development.
- Lead, train and motivate the kitchen brigade.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Support the smooth running of kitchen services.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality restaurant.
- Michelin-starred experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong fine-dining background will be considered.
- Confident leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking.
