We are currently recruiting an experienced
Chef de Partie to join a well-established, high-quality catering operation in South West London.
The Role.
- Working alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen brigade, you will:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality food across a busy catering operation.
- Manage your section and maintain consistent standards.
- Complete daily mise en place according to business requirements and functions.
- Ensure correct food storage, stock rotation and date labelling.
- Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
- Work confidently across different sections, including larder and sauce.
- Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team.
- Follow HACCP, food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.
- Assist with functions, events and larger-volume food production.
- Help minimise waste and maintain quality within agreed food costs.
About You.
- Previous experience as a
Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
- Experience within catering, hotels, private members' clubs, events or high-volume quality kitchens .
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Ability to organise and manage your own section.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
- A reliable and professional approach.

£600 staff fund paid twice yearly after qualifying period.
30 days annual leave , including bank holidays.
