If you're the type of finance person who's just as comfortable pulling apart a spreadsheet as you are challenging a regional manager on their cost centre performance... this is worth a conversation.
You'll join the finance team of a retail business as Commercial Finance Business Partner, working across regional P&Ls and individual cost centres to give operational leaders the commercial insight they need to actually run their part of the business better - not just report on how it's already gone.
It's a role that sits right at the blend of FP&A and business partnering - strong enough with data and forecasting to build the numbers yourself, but commercially credible enough that regional managers actually want you in the room when they're planning ahead.
