What you'll be doing
- Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Reviewing customer documentation and carrying out credit and due diligence checks.
- Managing new account requests from initial enquiry through to approval.
- Maintaining customer records and updating account information when required.
- Monitoring a shared inbox and responding to queries from internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with finance, operations and risk teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Producing reports and tracking new account activity.
- Supporting projects to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Identifying potential risks and escalating where appropriate.
- Helping maintain the quality and integrity of customer data across the finance system.
