A global business in Leeds is looking for a Sales Ledger Analyst to join a high-performing finance function supporting new account onboarding, customer approvals and sales ledger operations. This position sits within the wider Sales Ledger and Credit function, supporting the onboarding and approval process for new customer accounts globally. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing new account requests from initial review through to approval
- Reviewing contracts and carrying out external credit and risk checks
- Analysing customer information and identifying potential concerns
- Creating and maintaining customer records within internal systems
- Managing shared inbox queries and coordinating responses efficiently
- Tracking onboarding activity and approval volumes
- Liaising with finance, operations and risk teams across the business
- Supporting reporting, audits and ongoing data maintenance
- Getting involved in process improvements, integrations and migration projects
This isn’t a transactional finance role where you’ll disappear into spreadsheets all day. Visibility is high, communication matters and there’s real opportunity to add value.
