- Investigating and resolving invoice queries and disputes.
- Completing account reconciliations and supporting cash allocation where required.
- Working with customer portals and ensuring invoicing processes run smoothly.
- Monitoring payment trends and identifying risks early, proposing practical solutions.
- Supporting the wider finance team with reporting, credit notes and continuous process improvements.
