You’ll be joining a supportive finance team where you’ll learn the fundamentals properly while also becoming a key part of keeping the office running day to day. No two days will look the same here; one minute you could be supporting month-end processes, the next handling payments, coordinating office operations, or helping senior stakeholders keep things moving behind the scenes. If you’re organised, proactive, switched on, and happy to roll your sleeves up, you’ll do very well here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Managing calls, inboxes, post, deliveries, and general office coordination
- Keeping the office organised, professional, and running smoothly
- Liaising with suppliers, facilities providers, and building management
- Managing office supplies, records, and compliance documentation
- Processing invoices and supporting day-to-day finance administration
- Assisting with journals, reconciliations, and cost tracking
- Supporting accounts receivable and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
- Getting exposure to wider finance processes including reporting and audit support
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
