Financial Integration Accountant Harrogate | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home) Salary up to £36,500 + Study Support

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of finance but wants broader exposure to projects, systems and business transformation.
You’ll be responsible for helping onboard new clients and properties into the business, ensuring financial data is transferred accurately, reconciled correctly and ready for reporting. It’s a role that combines accounting knowledge with problem solving, stakeholder communication and data integration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reconciling balance sheet data and investigating differences
- Migrating financial information between systems
- Supporting property and client mobilisations
- Producing accurate financial information for internal teams
- Working closely with stakeholders across finance and operations
- Maintaining data integrity across multiple systems
- Supporting budget uploads and financial set‑up processes
- Helping improve processes as the team continues to grow
- Providing updates on project progress and resolving issues as they arise
What we’re looking for:
- Finance experience with a good understanding of balance sheets and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
- A naturally investigative mindset
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and working with data
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders
- Organised and able to manage several projects at once
- ACCA/CIMA studies would be beneficial but are not essential
