Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a finance business partner to the Plant Manager and operational leads
- Analysing performance, variances and trends and then driving the fixes
- Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic goals
- Overseeing cost accounting, inventory control and accurate financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with group reporting through SAP
- Managing capital expenditure, fixed assets and month-end close
- Supporting cross-functional projects across finance, supply chain and operations
Key Requirements:
- CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualified (or nearly there)
- Solid experience in a manufacturing finance or cost accounting role
