We're partnering with a private equity backed SaaS software business that develops technology for the service sector. Having established a strong position in its market, the business is now focused on the next phase of growth and is looking to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director to join the leadership team. This is a broad role with real influence across the business.
You'll work closely with the CEO and investors, providing financial leadership while helping shape commercial decisions, improve performance and support the delivery of the long-term growth strategy. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating beyond the numbers. You'll be involved in strategic decision making, challenge the status quo where appropriate and help build a finance function that can support the business as it continues to grow.
The role includes:
- Taking ownership of the finance function while acting as a trusted adviser to the leadership team.
- Leading, developing and mentoring the finance team.
- Working alongside the CEO and senior leadership team to support strategic and commercial decision making.
- Delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
