You'll join a growing charity who are on the search for a Head of Finance to join the Executive Team and take genuine ownership of the organisation's financial strategy.

You'll be advising the CEO and Board, shaping financial strategy, improving forecasting and MI, supporting new contracts and funding opportunities, and making sure the organisation has the financial resilience to continue delivering its work.

- Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent.
- Strong senior finance (Financial Controller/Finance Manager) experience.
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and management accounts experience.
- Comfortable presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
- Someone who can operate strategically but isn't afraid to get into the detail.
- Charity / not-for-profit experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
