Role Overview: We are looking for a Learning Design Manager to join our London office who will act as a learning expert contributing to the evolution and consistent application of our learning design approach. Operating across both pre-sell and post-sell phases, you will support the full lifecycle of client solutions, operating at the crossroads of client needs, commercial strategy, and design expertise, driving organisational transformation through impactful learning solutions.
In this context, the Learning Design Manager ensures that our solutions remain aligned with changing client demands, emerging technologies and innovative learning methodologies. This role translates complex business challenges into transformational learning experiences that deliver measurable impact for clients and strengthen long‑term corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose client challenges and co-create compelling learning architectures through discovery conversations and pitch proposals together with the Partnership teams in front of senior audiences.
- Lead Design Jams and translate high-level concepts into coherent executive learning journeys ready for delivery.
- Ensure alignment between client design intent, faculty contribution and learner experience across programmes.
- Integrate learning technologies, innovation practices and impact measurement approaches into learning design.
- Act as a trusted advisor on learning methodologies and emerging learning solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our learning offering and to Client Solution Design as an internal knowledge and design hub.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience designing executive education or corporate learning programmes (face-to-face, blended and online).
- Demonstrated consultative experience working with corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate organisational or business challenges into learning solutions.
- Experience contributing to discovery processes, proposals and solution design.
- Solid understanding of diagnostic and impact measurement approaches in corporate learning.
- Experience working within executive education, higher education or professional learning environments.
- Working knowledge of digital learning ecosystems, hybrid learning models and AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Experience collaborating with faculty, subject matter experts and cross-functional delivery teams.
