Senior Hair Stylist

Headspace Dunstable have recently hired, but still need one more Senior Stylist to join us during this exciting growth period. If you are a talented individual who wants all the benefits an employed position offers, look no further.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years behind the chair experience (not including training), a real passion for hairdressing, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide high quality cuts, colourwork (Balayage essential) and styling.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 2/3 standard , or equivalent (taking into account further training/accreditations )
• Excellent across the board skills in a variety of colour techniques, cuts and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences for hair styling.
• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist with front desk activity, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Support team collaboration to enhance service quality
• Contribute to mentoring more junior members of the team.
