The assignment The immediate assignment is a major international technology company’s team offsite in Vienna, Austria.
We cover travel, accommodation and meals, and pay a travel day on top of your fee.
A valid passport valid for the travel dates and the right to work in the UK are essential.
You will need to be available for all of the following dates: Sunday 30 August: travel day Monday 31 August to Thursday 3 September: on-site days Friday 4 September: travel day We are also building a roster for future work as the business grows, so if these exact dates do not suit you but this is your kind of work, we would still love to hear from you.
Freelance Headshot Booth Assistant We are looking for organised, personable booth assistants to support our headshot photographers and to join our roster for future work.
This is also a great way in for aspiring headshot photographers: you will work right alongside our shooters, learn how a high-volume booth operates, and gain corporate experience.
You keep everything moving, run tethered capture, help people pick their best shot, and get images delivered on the spot.
What you will do Support the main shooter at the booth and keep the whole station running Manage the queue and keep guests relaxed and moving Run tethered capture and help each sitter choose their favourite image Handle on-the-spot selection and deliver each person’s image by email Keep the booth tidy, on schedule, and running smoothly Cover the photographer’s short breaks where needed What we need Some photography or digital workflow experience; ideal for an aspiring headshot photographer building corporate experience Comfortable with tethered shooting and file management in Adobe Lightroom A fast, accurate eye for selects A real people and team person: warm and calm, as you will often be the guest’s main point of contact Stress-resilient and unflappable under a steady, non-stop stream of people Highly organised and dependable Familiarity with studio flash setups is a plus No need for your own camera kit for this role To apply, send a short note on your experience (and any assisting or photography work), along with your rate card, to info@headshotbureau. co. uk.
