We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager who will play a key role in developing business in the UK market for a premium decoration alternative for pre‐printed and decorated rigid packaging. The role is strongly hunter‐focused, targeting brand owners in Spirits, Beverages, Cosmetics and Personal Care.

You will work independently to open new accounts, present the value proposition and drive margin‐accretive growth, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and solution alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize new business acquisition in segments purchasing decorated glass, PET and other rigid packaging.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of newly won customers, ensuring strong commercial traction.
  • Actively generate leads through existing industry networks and convert high‐potential opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders at target brands, ensuring high service quality and identifying upsell potential.
  • Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth feasibility checks and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Provide regular market insights and support commercial planning for the sales strategy.
