HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist Location: West London (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
Overall Purpose: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This newly created role is pivotal in delivering accurate group-wide reporting, people-related metrics, dashboards, financial modelling, and analysis. You will support HR projects with data collection and reporting, ensuring the integrity of data and structures in our HR systems.
People Metrics, Dashboards & Reporting:

Maintain and provide insights on people-related dashboards, metrics, and KPIs.

Prepare senior management reporting packs with detailed commentary.

Create templates and collate information to ensure accuracy and clarity, reconciling P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.

Drive continuous improvement in the use of models, systems, and software to support HR goals.

Become proficient in HR data/information systems to extract and manipulate required data.

Simplify and streamline reporting processes for consistency and efficiency.
Internal Reports:

Manage headcount and remuneration budgets and forecasts.

Oversee group-wide people reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Track key performance indicators for all people-related activities (e.g., recruitment, training).

Handle gender pay gap reporting.

Coordinate annual pay review and incentive plan payments.

Prepare relevant reports for annual benefits renewals.
HR System:

Maintain HR system configuration, support, and improvements.

Monitor system integrations and key data items to ensure alignment with business policies.

Proven experience in a reporting role with complex HR/people-related data.

Skilled in creating meaningful reports by connecting multiple data sources and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, ATS).

Expertise in data analysis and reporting, including headcount and remuneration budgeting/forecasting.

Ability to create accurate financial bridges and reconcile numbers from different sources.

Experience in modelling various people scenarios (e.g., redundancy costs, synergy modelling).

Proficient in managing information, analytics, and reports, including dashboards and presentations.

Experience with gender pay gap reporting and annual inflation reports.
