We have a fantastic opportunity for five people to represent St-Germain over a 5-month period. As a Brand Promoter, you’ll help drive awareness of the brand and the St-Germain Hugo Spritz in bars and terraces across London this spring and summer.
The Activation
- Contract: 5-month freelance/short-term (May–Sept 2025)
- Part-time: 10–20 hours/week, can run alongside current bar roles
- Weekend work required
- Expenses covered: Travel, parking, congestion charges, etc.
- Rate: £120 per training (up to 4 hours per session)
Objectives
- Build awareness and interest in St-Germain, especially the Hugo Spritz
- Educate consumers on how to enjoy the product with confidence and intention
- Expand visibility and encourage trial through tastings and events
- Help bars become advocates for the brand through real engagement
Profile
- Part-time, short-term contract, ideal for those working in the drinks trade
- At least 2 years of bar experience
- Strong trade network and genuine enthusiasm for the brand
- Confident, reliable, and approachable
- Social media presence is a plus
- Able to communicate the brand’s story clearly to both staff and consumers
Key Mission
- Support & Inspire: Support key accounts to increase visibility and drive sales; Deliver tastings and events — targeting approx. 50,000 samples over the campaign; Keep St-Germain top of mind through local engagement and presence
- Build Relationships: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams; Coordinate with venues, order materials, and follow up after events
- Educate & Influence: Share the St-Germain story: its history, production, and key serves; Help venue staff feel confident recommending and serving St-Germain
- Reporting: Track key metrics (samples served, sales uplift, staff trainings); Provide feedback on competitor activity; Submit event reports and expenses as needed
What we aim to achieve in session:
- Mini Spritz Samples: Aim for ~100 per session
- Spritz Sales: Target of 20 incremental Hugo Spritz serves per activation
- Trainings: Organise staff sessions in collaboration with Sales team
- Account Sales Tracking: Measure sales before and after activations
