What the job involves
We are looking for our Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Key Accounts. Reporting directly to the Vice President - Growth & Strategy, you will be a senior and key member of the team working to acquire and scale our strategic partners.
This role involves identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. Through your existing networks and by making new connections, you are also expected to become one of the faces of Headout in the travel industry.
- Commercial partnership development: Own your acquisition pipeline to proactively expand the Headout distribution network with new strategic partners. Prioritize actions based on the impact the qualified leads have on the bottom line and brand awareness.
- Key account management: Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, building relationships based on mutual trust. Take the initiative to provide partners with the right tools to skyrocket their performance.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Play a key role in monitoring partner performance and revenue generation. By analyzing data and trends, develop strategic recommendations to enhance partner outcomes and drive additional revenue growth.
- Collaborative Impact and Brand Building: Work closely with regional teams to drive not only revenue growth but also to amplify our brand presence. By leveraging strategic partnerships, enhance brand awareness and solidify positioning within the experiences industry.
- 0→1 ownership, 1→∞ impact: Define journey strategy, product inputs, and measurement - and then scale the wins.
- Drive: Build senior relationships and leverage your existing network for the benefit of the company and your team, being the face and the voice of Headout within industry forums. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build the distribution business.
