The role
As theHead of Affiliate Partnerships , you will spearhead the strategy, development, and management of Headout’s affiliate programs. This role is pivotal in expanding our partner ecosystem, driving incremental revenue, and ensuring that affiliates see Headout as a preferred partner in the experiential travel space. You will lead a team to build and nurture relationships with affiliates globally, ensuring mutual success and scalability.
The role is based in London, so we are only seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize), and performance reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to foster long-term, win-win relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on detailed plans and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
