We are looking for our Manager, Strategic Partnerships. You’ll define journey strategy, product inputs, and measurement - and then scale the wins.
- Drive: Build senior relationships and leverage your existing network for the benefit of the company and your team, being the face and the voice of Headout within industry forums.
- Analyze: Market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate: Work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build the distribution business.
What skills do you need?
- Partnership Sales Experience: 4-8 years of experience driving revenue growth through partnerships or B2B sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients. Demonstrated ability to run full commercial cycles and close high-impact deals.
- Value-Driven Deal Making: Ability to craft partnership proposals that create clear business value for both sides. Translate partner needs into commercial opportunities and scalable solutions.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Comfortable working with product, supply, and marketing teams to bring partnerships to life, including integrations, content, and onboarding.
- Pipeline Ownership: Proven ability to qualify, prioritize, and progress leads through structured sales processes. Familiar with CRM hygiene, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Structured Problem Solving: Apply first principles thinking to design solutions in ambiguous contexts, especially in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
- Curiosity and Competitive Awareness: Proactively gather insights on competitors, market dynamics, and partner needs. Translate learnings into differentiated opportunities for Headout.
- Experience: Scaling sales or business development function in a startup. Thrive in fast-changing environments, adjust quickly, and maintain focus when priorities shift. Understand the market’s pulse.
