We are looking for our Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Key Accounts. Reporting directly to the Vice President - Growth & Strategy, you will be a senior member of the team working to acquire and scale our strategic partners. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence.

- Commercial partnership development: Own your acquisition pipeline to proactively expand the Headout distribution network with new strategic partners.
- Key account management: Manage and nurture relationships with key partners, building trust and providing them with the right tools to enhance their performance.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor partner performance and revenue generation, developing strategic recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborative Impact and Brand Building: Work closely with regional teams to drive revenue growth and amplify brand presence.
- Drive: Build senior relationships and leverage your existing network for the benefit of the company.
- Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing.
What skills do you need?
