Headmasters are looking for a creative & talented Technical Salon Manager who will have the ambition to run a successful busy salon, within our fun award winning group..
Our 55 strong salon group are dedicated to providing you with a busy full column, continual bespoke education through both Headmasters & L\’Oréal Academies along with multiple career progression opportunities all within a nurturing and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:

To carry out all Headmasters hair services to clients.

To implement all Headmasters systems and procedures.

Set an example to all Headmasters Team Members.

To monitor salon weekly goals and targets.
-
Build and grow a successful and profitable salon.

Create and maintain loyal clientele.
-
Ensure maximum use of Headmasters appointment system.

Assist trainees in practical application of hairdressing skills and service.

Encourage assistants to observe your work to maximize their learning within the salon.

To make clients aware of retail products and hair recommendations.

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
