As Technical Manager, you will lead the technical delivery of projects, supporting customers and internal teams with complex electronics solutions. You will play a key role in product design-in, technical problem solving, system integration, testing and supporting the development of bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across embedded electronics and power solutions
- Support customers and sales teams with technical design-in activities
- Manage technical enquiries, product evaluations and system troubleshooting
- Oversee prototype builds, testing, documentation and production support
- Lead EMC/environmental testing and maintain quality standards
- Work closely with suppliers and engineering teams to deliver customer solutions
About You: You will be an experienced electronics engineer with a strong background in embedded systems, hardware design, testing and technical support. Ideally, you will have experience with:

- EMC/environmental testing and compliance standards
- Defence, aerospace, industrial or safety-critical environments
A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) would be advantageous.
