The Role
This is a hands-on and strategic opportunity to manage a high-performing ecommerce platform across international markets. You'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class online customer journey, optimising site functionality, and supporting marketing and CRM activity. Reporting into the Head of Digital, this pivotal role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the global ecommerce site: building, maintaining and improving product, campaign, and landing pages
- Optimise site performance including cart functionality, navigation, and customer account areas
- Support email marketing and CRM workflows, including deployment and automation
- Collaborate on UX improvements and new digital functionality
- Oversee data accuracy across Shopify and other integrated platforms
- Lead A/B testing and performance reporting
- Support the rollout of new regional/localised sites
About You
- Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of UX, on-site merchandising and conversion optimisation
- Experience delivering website development projects with internal and external teams
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and commercial mindset
- Ideally experience working with premium or luxury consumer brands
