Talent Royalties Executive London (Hybrid) Perm – £35-40K

A leading entertainment business is seeking a Talent Royalties Executive to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely royalty reporting across a global portfolio of TV content.

What youll be doing:

• Acting as a point of contact for talent queries and managing royalty reporting
• Setting up series in the royalties system and maintaining accurate databases
• Collaborating with Finance, Sales, and external stakeholders on royalty statements
• Reconciling payment runs and assisting with invoicing
• Improving processes and supporting with data reporting/analytics

What were looking for:

• Prior experience in a royalties or rights related role
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of talent payment processes (Equity/WGGB) is advantageous
