The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing profitability, and strengthening customer relationships across multiple industry sectors. Leading a team of Sales Managers, Field Sales Engineers and Internal Sales professionals, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, enhancing customer engagement and ensuring a structured, data-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales and growth strategy.
- Lead, coach and inspire a multi-disciplinary sales team.
- Drive revenue, margin and profit growth across existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Champion effective CRM utilisation and sales pipeline management.
- Drive new business generation and design-win activity.
- Implement robust forecasting processes and performance measurement.

About You

Essential Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or technical discipline.
- Demonstrable success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Experience within electronics, technical components, engineering solutions, industrial technology or a related sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
