A globally recognised luxury brand is looking for an Interim Digital Manager to step in during a key period of change and keep its digital engine running at full speed. Sitting within the Global Marketing team and reporting into the CMO, you'll own the day-to-day performance of a high-traffic D2C website, ensuring best-in-class UX, smooth ecommerce functionality and delivery of key digital projects across multiple international markets.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's confident in Shopify, passionate about user experience, and comfortable collaborating with developers, marketers and external agencies.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and optimising a multi-country Shopify website, from product and campaign pages to on-site merchandising.
- Improving UX, conversion and cart performance through testing, reporting and optimisation.
- Managing D2C functionality including search, accounts and checkout.
- Partnering with internal teams and agencies on website and email projects.
- Supporting the rollout of new international websites.
What we're looking for:
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience (front-end, data, apps).
- Proven background in website project management and UX optimisation.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Organised, collaborative and delivery-focused.
- Luxury or premium brand experience a bonus.
