Marketing Manager – Publishing – Fully Remote (UK Based) – Perm (Self-Employed) – £40-80K depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Overseeing social media, email marketing, and content strategies to maximise audience engagement.
• Managing partnerships with authors, industry influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.
• Analysing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Identifying new opportunities and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Leading and mentoring junior marketing staff or external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in marketing, communications, publishing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within publishing, media, or the creative industry.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and can drive results independently.
• Experience engaging with technical or niche audiences is a plus.
