Marketing Director – Saas – perm Remote UK – salary to Β£100k\\nAn established global provider of learning, sales enablement, and performance improvement solutions is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Director to elevate brand presence and drive measurable demand for its next-generation training platform. The organisation supports enterprise clients worldwide and is entering an exciting new phase of growth.\\nReporting to the Deputy CEO and leading a small, high-performing marketing team, you will shape and execute an insight-led marketing strategy that strengthens market position, accelerates pipeline growth, and increases inbound enquiries and RFP opportunities. This is an ideal role for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment.\\nKey Responsibilities\\n * Develop and deliver a compelling brand and content strategy that positions the organisation as a category leader.\\n * Lead demand generation campaigns across digital, events, content, and ABM to build pipeline and drive revenue opportunities.\\n * Create insightful, client-focused content that supports sales conversations and strengthens market credibility.\\n * Oversee digital channels, website optimisation, SEO/SEM, social, email marketing, and analytics.\\n * Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align marketing activity with commercial goals.\\n * Own marketing analytics, KPIs, reporting, and budget allocation to maximise ROI.\\n * Manage and develop a marketing team of 3, fostering a high-performance, insight-led culture.\\n * Conduct market research to refine messaging, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.\\nAbout You\\n * 8+ years’ B2B marketing experience, including leadership in SaaS, technology, platform or learning & development organisations.
