We’re working with a growing, boutique advisory firm in central London looking for a proactive Operations & Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the sole person managing marketing, while also providing executive support and helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with 50% marketing, 25% executive support, and 25% operations/HR/finance/facilities — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being the glue that holds a busy professional team together.
What you’ll be doing
- Marketing – 50%
- Own the firm’s marketing activity across channels
- Post and manage LinkedIn content, liaise with suppliers, and create campaigns
- Track engagement in HubSpot and BoardEx, flagging opportunities
- Coordinate client-facing marketing materials and events
- Support senior leaders with diary management, inboxes, meetings, and travel
- Ensure smooth scheduling and prioritisation across the team
- Act as a reliable point of contact internally and externally
- Assist with billing, client onboarding, and record-keeping in HubSpot
- Support HR/finance tasks such as compliance, training, and reporting
- Oversee office management, IT setup, and general facilities coordination
Who we’re looking for
