We’re partnering with a large, high-profile infrastructure and transport organisation to hire a Stakeholder Engagement Executive—a creative communicator who can bring stories to life, build trusted relationships, and drive meaningful engagement across internal and external audiences.

The Role

  • Unearth and share compelling stories that showcase the organisation’s people, activity and impact
  • Create fresh, engaging content across digital, video, events and internal channels
  • Run key stakeholder groups and forums, ensuring effective collaboration and insight-sharing
  • Support political and strategic engagement activity, helping shape responses and intelligence
  • Lead internal communication initiatives that support culture, values and organisational change
  • Maintain a new stakeholder management platform, ensuring leaders have clear visibility of sentiment, risks and opportunities
  • Support live events, consultations, surveys and business-wide communications
  • Take part in an on-call media rota
