Digital Content Executive – London (Hybrid) – Perm – £38K plus 5% bonus A leading international events and entertainment destination is looking for a Digital Content Executive to join their growing Marketing & Communications team. This is a newly created role, reflecting the organisation’s ambitious growth plans and increased demand for original digital content. The Role Reporting to the PR & Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering engaging content across social media and digital channels. From filming and editing video, to managing online communities and creating compelling copy, you’ll be at the heart of building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting business-wide campaigns. Key Responsibilities * Create, edit and publish digital and social content in line with brand guidelines. * Manage multiple social media platforms, including community management and scheduling. * Monitor performance using analytics and adjust strategy to optimise results. * Support internal teams with content creation for campaigns, HR initiatives and commercial activities. * Work with external creatives such as photographers and video agencies. About You * Experience creating and managing digital content, with strong video editing and copywriting skills. * Confident managing social media platforms and understanding latest content trends. * Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities. * Strong eye for design and commitment to delivering high-quality visuals. * Analytical mindset with experience using social media and website analytics. Desirable * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). * Experience in events, media, or entertainment sectors. * Familiarity with AI tools and PowerPoint.
