Commercial Contract Lawyer – Uxbridge (Hybrid) – 12 month contract initially – up to £80K pro rata.
Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial law and hands-on contract work? We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a leading international company’s legal team in West London on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with strong potential for it to become a permanent role.
What you’ll do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including MSAs, supplier agreements, IT/software contracts, marketing agreements, and NDAs.
- Provide practical legal advice on commercial risk, compliance, and day-to-day business matters.
- Support key projects and transactions that drive business success.
- Collaborate with global and local teams, external counsel, and vendors to ensure smooth legal operations.
Who we’re looking for:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE, ideally in-house.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Commercially aware, able to advise on risk and compliance confidently.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
