A fast-growing UK leisure and hospitality brand is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to keep day-to-day marketing firing across multiple venues. With several new site launches planned, this is a true hands-on role — ideal for someone who loves building assets, rolling out campaigns, and making sure great ideas actually land on time. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales, supporting venue performance, launches, and group bookings across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering day-to-day marketing activity across multiple venues
- Creating on-brand assets (digital, print, in-venue, social) using Canva / Adobe
- Planning and sending email campaigns to consumer and corporate audiences
- Keeping website content, promotions and venue info up to date
- Supporting B2B and corporate lead generation with sales-focused campaigns
- Coordinating PPC activity with an external agency
- Aligning in-venue, social and digital marketing for launches and promotions
- Managing marketing calendars, deadlines and weekly output
- Tracking performance and sharing insights with leadership
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5+ years’ marketing experience (consumer, hospitality or leisure preferred)
- Strong hands-on asset creation skills (Canva or Adobe)
- Confident copywriter across email, web and social
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple venues and campaigns
- Experience working with CRMs, email platforms, CMS (WordPress) and analytics
- Comfortable briefing and managing external PPC or paid media agencies
- Happy to travel to venues when required
