We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Marketeer to join a high-impact team working on audience engagement, brand awareness, and innovative marketing campaigns.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a new digital marketing strategy aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals. You'll manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM platform (Dynamics 365), drive audience segmentation and analysis, and enhance paid and organic digital marketing efforts across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on strategy while staying hands-on with content, platforms, and performance data.
Key Responsibilities- Build and implement a digital marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Manage CRM activity using Dynamics 365, including email campaign execution and reporting
- Develop paid social media activity and collaborate on content with the communications team
- Drive SEO best practices and use data-led insights for continuous optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints and customer journey
- Support senior communications leadership and contribute to cross-departmental projects
- Solid hands-on experience with CRM platforms particularly Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience in leading digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Skilled in using Google Analytics and paid media channels (SEO, social media).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organised with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience using AI tools for content creation
- Familiarity with complex organisations and multi-stakeholder environments
- An understanding of niche or specialist audiences, such as public service or community-based groups
