A major infrastructure programme is looking for an experienced Senior Cost Controller to join a high-profile project team delivering complex, large-scale works. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and enjoys owning cost control, forecasting and performance reporting across major capital projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing project budgets, forecasts, accruals and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Producing detailed monthly cost and performance reporting
  • Driving forecasting accuracy and cost analysis across the project lifecycle
  • Working closely with contractors and external delivery partners
  • Supporting change management, early warnings and compensation events under NEC contracts
  • Collaborating with planning, risk and wider project controls teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in cost control on major infrastructure or engineering projects
  • Excellent forecasting, reporting and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts and change management processes
