We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Trainee or Experienced) to take on a permanent desk in our Guiseley office. We have an existing white collar construction desk available for someone with previous construction industry experience or knowledge. We also have the ability for someone to bring their own desk with clients and candidates who they already have knowledge of and a relationship with. Ideally this will be a new desk in a similar sector such as technical, engineering, civils, project management etc.
Based in Guiseley and operating as part of a small team, for the white-collar construction desk you will be focused on recruiting a mixture of quantity surveyors, estimators, project managers, site managers and contracts managers for clients across Yorkshire. Operating in the construction, interior fit-out and refurbishment sectors, working with a selection of main contractors of all sizes with excellent reputations in the industry. Our white-collar construction division is well established with some excellent existing client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sourcing and attracting top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a new recruit to facilitate this growing division. You can expect to receive excellent support and supervision both initially and ongoing. Full training will be provided.
This position would suit someone who lives local to the Guiseley area and is working in a recruitment, debt collection, customer service, B2B Sales or a telephone-based role.
