We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team, who will have the remit of looking after several of our Partners. Providing dedicated Personal Assistant support, including:
- Checking for clashes, booking meeting rooms, coordinating dial-in details, or video conferencing details and coordinating Partners’ workloads and personal schedules to suit the needs of the agency.
- Liaising with Personal Assistants and administrative assistants (or equivalent) on client teams to schedule or rearrange meetings.
- Travel and entertaining arrangements – events, meetings, overseas trips, etc.
- Helping to plan and arrange client events, supporting with production of key documents and presentations, and wider logistics.
- Building strong working relationships with Partners and key stakeholders, ensuring a five-star level of service is delivered consistently.
- Working collaboratively with our reception team, internal teams and external client teams, to ensure join-up and strong communication at all times.
Experience working as a Personal Assistant, or a role with similar responsibilities, for multiple stakeholders. Good organisation, time management, and project management skills.
